User agreement

1. General provisions

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») regulates the order and conditions for providing services by the website «Gemly», hereinafter referred to as the «Organizer», and is addressed to an individual who wishes to receive services from the indicated site (hereinafter referred to as the «Participant»).

«Organizer» — an international company registered at 55 Upper Ground, London, England, SE1 9EY. Registration number: 14696008

«Participant» — a person who has agreed to the conditions of this agreement, as evidenced by the account registration process in Gemly.

1.1 The organizer reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to the game rules, gameplay, by informing the game participants.

1.2 By registering, the participant agrees to the project rules and undertakes not to violate them.

2. Services Provided

2.1 The Organizer provides the player with a gaming platform for leisure and free time with the opportunity to earn money, and in no way forces the participant to use these services.

2.2 The organizer provides advertising placement services that allow those wishing to promote their own sites to other Gemly participants through the а «Surfing Websites» service, which operates on a «Pay to Click» principle.

2.3 The participant can buy gems to achieve gaming progress.

2.4 The participant can request a payout of gems received from their activity and progress in the project, at a fixed rate of $1 = 1,000,000 GEM. Provided that the participant has a sufficient C-GEMS balance (affiliate account)

3. The Participant is obligated to

3.1 Do not use offensive language and words/word combinations that do not meet the «censorship» standards when communicating through the provided gaming chat and personal message exchange system.

3.2 Do not use undocumented features (bugs) and software errors of the game and immediately report them to the organizer, as well as the people using these errors.

3.3 Do not use Gemly as a platform for exchanging money (reloading balance for immediate payout to another payment system and/or currency for personal benefit).

3.5 Do not use communication tools for advertising any third-party resources.

3.6 Be responsible for any financial transactions in your account, even if they are carried out for any reason by someone other than the participant.

3.7 Do not condemn the actions of other participants and the organizer of the platform.

3.8 Do not use any external programs of any kind to gain advantages in the project.

3.9 The participant is obliged to take care of necessary computer security measures, keep secret and not share with other parties, participants the data of their account. The participant bears all the risk of the unfavorable consequences of disclosing this data.

3.10 The participant is obliged not to use for registration logins and names similar to the administrator's login: admin1, admin33, adminn, administrations, etc., and also logins and names such as support, moder, moderator, gemly, test, etc. are prohibited, which can mislead other system participants.

3.11 The participant is obliged to respectfully relate to other users and the administration of the project when contacting technical support or general communication.

4. Advertising placement rules

4.1 Advertising websites that violate the normal course of «Website Surfing», destroy the timer frame, contain viruses, trojans, redirects, phishing links or any other harmful programs is prohibited.

4.2 Advertising websites containing pornography, excessive erotic materials, intimate service resources, resources overflowing with CPA and advertising, resources advertising «autoclickers», «autobrowsers», various programs for hacking anything, «magical wallets», resources requiring the sending of paid SMS messages, resources with content aimed at igniting inter-national strife is prohibited.

4.3 It is prohibited to place websites in «Website Surfing» using link shorteners.

4.4 Advertising in «Website Surfing» that has received a large number of complaints may be blocked and sent for review. If the complaints are justified, the advertising campaign may be blocked.

5. The Organizer is obligated to

5.1 Ensure maximum project accessibility in the network, inform about all planned technical works.

5.2 Continuously ensure the possibility of withdrawing the earned funds without any restrictions within no more than three working days. In case of force majeure related to payment systems, the organizer has the right to delay the payment for a maximum of 7 days.

5.3 Observe the privacy regime with respect to the personal data of each project participant.

5.4 Provide timely technical support and assistance to project participants through a special page «Help».

5.5 Continuously improve the project in the best possible way taking into account the opinions of project participants.

6. Responsibility

6.1 The organizer does not guarantee constant and uninterrupted access to the gaming platform and its services in case of technical malfunctions and/or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: inadequate operation or non-functioning of internet providers, information servers, banking and payment systems, and illegal actions of third parties. The organizer will make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in work regardless of the cause of such failures. In the event of force majeure situations, the organizer is obligated to provide access to the project within three days of its unavailability on the internet.

6.2 The participant fully agrees that the organizer cannot be held responsible for the losses of the participant that arose as a result of illegal actions of third parties aimed at violating the security system of electronic equipment and game databases, or as a result of unforeseen technical malfunctions. The participant also fully agrees that the organizer cannot be held responsible for losses caused by the participant's own actions or by the actions of the participant's representatives.

6.3 The organizer is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the use or non-use of information about the project, game rules, and the project itself, and is not responsible for losses or other harm that arose to the participant due to his unqualified actions and ignorance of the game rules or his mistakes in calculations.

6.4 The participant fully agrees that the system administration is not responsible for the content of the advertised websites and the accuracy of the information posted on them. Advertising in Gemly is placed in automatic mode without prior moderation.

6.5 The organizer is not responsible to the participant for the actions of other participants.
